Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you total control over your email box accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mails based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply select the mailbox account you would like to forward email messages from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
